L'Oréal Blond Studio Oil Developer 20 Vol is the oxidising product from L'Oréal Professionnel for the Blond Studio 9 Lightener. The Oil Developer is enriched with oil to improve the overall performance of the Blond Studio 9 Lightener and to smooth the hair cuticle. Thanks to its creamy consistency, it mixes perfectly with the bleaching powder. This developer has a percentage of 6% or 20 VOL and is suitable for applications on the scalp, lengths and ends.
Application
Mix 1:1 with L'Oréal Blond Studio 9 to a homogeneous mass and apply to dry hair. Leave on for up to 50 minutes, depending on the desired result. Do not use additional heat. For application on the scalp, lengths and ends. The developer can only be used with Blond Studio 9 by L'Oréal.
