N°1 Bond Maker helps restore broken bonds and gives back stability and elasticity to the hair. Its pH is the same as Wella Professionals products and ensures optimal lightening and penetration of color molecules.
Top - results thanks to opti-pH system
An optimal pH value is crucial when bleaching and coloring. Lightening products and oxidation hair dyes have a high pH (~ 9-10), which is necessary to open the hair cuticle to allow penetration of the lightening and coloring molecules. The formula of WellaPlex with opti-pH system perfectly complements the Wella Professionals products. Color change without compromise. Wellaplex strengthens the hair from the inside out with the optimal pH system. For noticeably healthier hair.
